Our Commercial Office Fitouts Process
1. Discuss your project
Our first meeting will be to identify your requirements, discuss your
scope of work in detail and agree on a budget, so you are well prepared
before committing to a lease agreement.
2. Design and space planning
Based on the scope of works and your specific requirements we obtain
accurate computerized concept drawings. These drawings are then
provided to the council and relevant subcontractors to communicate
your requirements.
3. Apply for a Building License
We will prepare and submit all documentation to obtain a building
approval in the shortest time frame possible, to ensure we abide by
your project timeline.
4. Commencement of project
Once we’ve been given the green light and awarded the project, you will
be able to easily track it’s progress, get live feedback and view
completion dates using our project management software.
5. Completion of project
Prior to the completion date, we will walk you through the job to ensure all has been completed to your satisfaction as specified in the contract. Any issues discovered will be resolved before handover.
6. Post-fitout care
We find our clients are positively surprised by the quality level of the fitout they receive and the majority of our work is repeat business
